السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

With God’s permission, the first Assembly of Chechens of Europe was held in Strasbourg at the call of the Bart Marsho Association on February 23, 1944, the day of commemoration of the deportation of Chechens and Ingush.
Any event or project, be it Chechen, Ingush or Caucasian, which is not contrary to the spirit of our religion, should be supported, attended and assisted as far as possible.
Around 200 people were invited: Chechens and Ingush, representatives of various organizations, theologians, elders, politicians, businessmen and human rights activists
At the beginning there were speeches and appeals about deportation, pleas to God for mercy for those who died on the long journey to Siberia and Central Asia and during the 13 years of exile, religious instructions and reminders that we should not only grieve on that day, but also rush forward and revive again and again.
A memorandum with the main goals and objectives of the Assembly was considered and adopted, and a Council of the Assembly was established and a facilitator for the first year.
Our esteemed young brother, Dzhokhar Gazambiev of Nantes, was elected as the Coordinator.
We ask God to make this event a blessing and a reason for successful and useful joint projects.
May God reward all those who participated and helped in this event.

PS : Video reports of the speeches and minutes of the speeches are in preparation.
